Pour les connaisseurs, I only say that I’ve just reached the most wanted 50 000 words and have a beautiful purple bar on my NaNo profile! It went pretty good for my first participation.
For the rest of you who might be wondering what this is all about, well, a simple click on the www.nanowrimo.org might ease your curiosity .
In other words, if you have always wanted to write that novel that has been going on and on in your head but you’ve never had the time to do it because you’ve always complained about not having the time to do it, than NaNoWrimo is the good place to be in November. There is no prize, no money, no promising for publication involved. It’s just you writing your novel every day for 30 days and reaching 50 000 words in only one month. And this is pretty amazing.
